Please no MP3s or MP3 CDs! ALL SONGS MUST BE 100% ORIGINAL! The field of podcasts in very new and we cannot license all songs yet. Our agreement form allows us to include your original song in a podcast. You must own the song completely. You still own your song! We only ask permission to include it in our podcast. All submissions must include a signed copy of our agreement form. This form gives us the right to broadcast your music on our internet radio station and to include your music in our podcasts. Our agreements with Live365 pay ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, and Soundexchange fees to artists for broadcast on our internet station. These fees are paid by Live 365 NOT Tunesblog.com. Our agreement form requires you to allow Tunesblog.com to include your music in our podcasts. Do to the lack of licensing structure for sound recordings in podcast format from BMI and Soundexchnage - Tunesblog.com PAYS NO ARTIST FEES for songs or mechanicals for podcast downloads. Yes! You still own your song and recording. We only ask to use it in our podcast. Please include any bio information you have about yourself and your music. Photos in digital format are HIGHLY encouraged. Please label everything clearly! Please include contact info (email preferred). We will want to interview you about your music!
